Supplementary Planning Guidance October 1999

This guidance was produced in October 1999, and supplements Policy TE-15 of the New Forest District Local Plan, which allocates 7 hectares of land at Durley Farm, Hounsdown for residential development. The guidance sets out the Council's development requirements for the site including access, layout, landscaping and provision of open space and affordable housing. Impacts on a locally important nature conservation habitat, and on adjoining listed buildings are also considered in the guidance.
